Why a brain?
Most blogs are filing cabinets: newest on top, oldest forgotten. Heads don't work like that. A thought from three years ago fires because of something you read this morning, so this site is wired the same way. Every post is a neuron, filed in a lobe, and joined to the posts it actually relates to.
It's built like an engine room because thinking is work: pressure, heat, moving parts. The graffiti is there because not all of it is polite.
If any of it is wrong, send a signal and tell me. I'll probably write a post about it.
